Vintage DELUXE DAITARN 3 Diecast PLAYBOT Robot Ditank Space Di-fighter BOX. Condition is "Used". Vintage Deluxe "Daitarn 3" Robot. "From one of the most popular early action transforming robot shows on Japanese TV, 1978's "Invincible Steel Man Daitarn 3", comes this beautiful, heavy diecast metal toy. The Daitarn 3 show involved a 16-year-old boy who, with the help of his mechanical guardian, the robot Daitarn 3, had to save the day from evil." Made in Taiwan. Daitarn 3 has three transformations possible, as shown on the package art. The box has lots of wear, sides are cut, some edges are taped, and the plastic window is cut. It has a Styrofoam tray for all the parts, which I assume also acts as the bottom of the box. One Silver missle is appears to be missing. Not certain if two come with the original.
